Horizon doesn't alert you to duplicate hold requests

Problem:
Horizon doesn't alert you when you place a duplicate hold request. Instead of saying "You're already number 6 out of 83 in line for this", it simply says that your request was successfully placed.
Solution:
SirsiDynix has been asked to add this feature in an upcoming release of Horizon. They acknowledge that it does not currently do so.
