If an iBorrow user creates a new username/password, will their old requests be associated with the new username?

Yes. iBorrow recognizes your login, but it "knows" you by your Library Card barcode number. All of the user’s logins will point to the same list in My Account as long as the user creates the login with the same library barcode each time.
