Can an iBorrow library add pickup locations for nearby locations not in their system?

...For example, could Tampa-Hillsborough add a location from SunLine that is geographically close to them where they share a lot of patrons?

This is technically possible, but holds many ramifications. TBLC staff will continue to work on this issue and will make it available in iBorrow when possible.
